A citizen of Dutch nationality has died and two others, a German and a Nordic one, have been injured in a brawl that occurred in a chalet in an urbanization on the outskirts of Torrevieja (Alicante).
As published on its website by the newspaper Información de Alicante, the event occurred on the night of Friday to Saturday in a single-family home in the La Torreta urbanization under circumstances being investigated by the Civil Guard, who was notified by a neighbor who heard the fight.
When the agents arrived, the fatality was already dead with several incisions, some in vital organs, while the other two had injuries for which they were transferred to the Torrevieja hospital, where they are in police custody until what happened is clarified.
The armed institute is investigating the causes of the crime and whether there could have been more people involved in the brawl, in which several knives were used.
