Today I propose to cook a seafood rice, with the ingredients for four people. And, at the end, I will explain some curiosities about this dish.
We cut all the vegetables and put them in a pot or pan with EVOO and sauté well. When everything is golden, we add the cuttlefish and peas. While we peel the prawn to make a seafood broth with the shell (we boil it in water).
We add the Chamomile to the sauce and when the alcohol evaporates, we add the rice. Sauté for about 5 minutes, cover with water for 15 minutes. We cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Before finishing, we add the clams, mussels and peeled prawns, then season with salt and pepper and add a grilled shrimp on top.
