Since Wednesday, the Generalitat Firefighters have been coordinating the search for a 24-year-old hiker from Tarragona who disappeared in La Vall de Boí, in the Aigüestortes National Park (Alta Ribagorça).
The young man went to reach the top of Punta Alta de Comalesbienes and did not reach the place where they were waiting for him to sleep.
The firefighters launched a device on Wednesday that continued on Thursday without results and that has resumed this Friday.
The Firefighters work with the hypothesis that the hiker had suffered a problem or an accident while descending from the top of Punta Alta de Comalesbienes.
It has been explained by the head of the GRAE of the body, Oriol Vilalta, who has affirmed that there is no indication that the young man had committed imprudence.
The investigation device is still very active with ten ground crews, GRAE troops from all regions, the Media Command Unit, the canine, the Lleida guard chief, and two helicopters.
In addition, the Pompièrs d’Aran, the Mossos d’Esquadra and personnel from the Emergency Medical Service (SEM) also participate
