The Civil Guard has arrested eight minors in Crevillent (Alicante) for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl, as investigation sources have confirmed to Europa Press.
The eight arrested, to whom this alleged sexual assault is attributed, are between the ages of 15 and 17, and this past Tuesday they were handed over to the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim is also a minor, a 13-year-old girl, and apparently the events occurred for the first time in September 2022, as detailed by the same sources.
The Alicante Juvenile Court agreed this Tuesday to release the eight detainees and has imposed a restraining order of 300 meters for six months for six of those arrested, according to the newspaper ‘Information’.
