In Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia we can contemplate the sunrise with thin reddish clouds around the sanctuary of Puig-agut de Manlleu, in Osona.

In this accelerated video we even see the detail of the rotating movement of a cloud, which seems as if it were dancing in the sky carried by the wind.

The Puig-agut sanctuary is one of the most photographed churches. It was the first temple of its kind in Spain to be dedicated to the Sacred Heart.

Its construction was promoted at the end of the 19th century by Ramón Madirolas y Codina, an innovative farmer who promoted it from the Faro de Puig-agut magazine.

The direction of the work was carried out by the architect August Font y Carreras, who used a neo-Gothic style with some Romanesque and even neoclassical facets, inspired by the French basilica of Tarbes.

In these photographs, the silhouette of the Puig-agut sanctuary is highlighted, obscured, highlighted by the candilazo, a meteorological phenomenon in which the clouds in the sky show a wide palette of colors that goes from pink to the most intense orange.

As part of the phenomenon of dispersion of sunlight, in the morning and afternoon hours, when the sun is closer to the horizon, the light that reaches the Earth is soft tones between red and orange. In a certain way, when this light passes through the clouds, it illuminates them and could be said to color them with those tones.
