Civil trial of Bill Cosby accuser: She claims that the comedian molested her when she was 16

SANTA MONICA (Calif.) Judy Huth recalled feeling distraught when she described an allegation that Bill Cosby had sexually assaulted and attacked her in a Playboy Mansion game room in 1975.

Huth, who was in tears as he testified against Cosby Tuesday, said that he had molested her at 16 years old. Cosby was accused of trying to pull her tight pants down and then exposing himself to her before forcing Huth to touch him on a bed in a blue room, which she claims was next to the game room.

Huth said that “he forced himself on me,” Huth recalled, who was testifying in the Los Angeles County trial for a lawsuit she had filed. Cosby denied her allegations.

She said, “I was shocked to the core.”

Huth, 64, claimed that the incident occurred after she and Donna Samuelson, her high school friend, went with Cosby to visit the mansion. She claimed that he took them on a tour of Cosby’s mansion and the game room, before they played Donkey Kong and then she went to the bathroom. Cosby then forced her to do sex in the bedroom, she claimed.

After his Pennsylvania criminal conviction was overturned by an appeals court in 2013, and many other lawsuits against him settled, the trial is one of his last legal claims. Cosby will not be present at the trial and will not testify. However, parts of his video deposition shortly after the 2014 lawsuit was filed can be viewed.

Huth testified that Cosby continued to pursue her even though she had told him she was 15 or 16. In the hope that he would end her harassment, she claims that she told Cosby she was on her period — even though it was not — to get him to stop.

She said, “I was trying deflect.” “But he didn’t stop. I closed my eyes. It happened so quickly. It took about five minutes. Quick.”

Huth stated that Cosby left the room and Huth followed him to the grotto of the mansion where they took a photograph — which was displayed in court. Huth looked at the photograph and said she felt “mad, foolish, and duped.”

“I felt let down. She said she was hurt. Cosby is seen in the photo, which was shown several times to jurors. She is wearing a red beanie while smiling next to the teenager Huth.

Jennifer Bonjean, Cosby’s attorney, accused Huth several times of lying to her about the story she told. In the initial 2014 lawsuit, Huth claimed that the incident occurred in late 1973 or 1974 when Samuelson was 15.

Huth and her lawyers stated that they had found out that the trial took place in 1975 when Huth was 16 years old and Samuelson was 17.

Bonjean claimed Huth had compared stories with Samuelson in 2016 before she spoke to the Los Angeles Police Department. Huth refuted Bonjean’s claim.

Bonjean stated, “You lied regarding the date, year and age.”

Huth stated that she wanted to move out of the mansion. She said that she stayed because Samuelson was the only transportation option and she wasn’t ready for her to go.

Huth stated that the incident with Cosby is still fresh in her mind. They changed into swimsuits after Cosby left to attend an event. Then they played backgammon with two women. One of the women in a purple robe, she says, was accompanied by Peter Lawford, an actor.

Bonjean stated that Huth had lied to her about her age to the women telling them she was 19 years old.

Cosby’s lawyer stated that “you misrepresented your age.”

Bonjean claimed that Huth is telling her side of this story to make monetary sense. Huth refuted this theory. She said she didn’t tell anyone, including her father, about the alleged sexual abuse until she saw other women share their stories and her 15th birthday.

She said, “I went back and became irritable.” “I blamed myself again. “I became a loner.”
