A van that has collided with a building has caused real circulatory chaos in Barcelona. The incident took place in Calle de la Verge del Coll, in the Vallcarca neighborhood.
The Sabadell recycling truck has ended up hitting a block of buildings, as well as taking away a lamppost and the electrical connections on the façade of the house, as reported by a user through social networks.
The driver of the van was slightly injured in the legs and the Emergency Medical Service (SEM) treated him at the scene of the events. Several teams from the Fire Department and also from the Barcelona Urban Police went to the scene of the accident.
The accident has also caused several buses to remain trapped in the middle of the street, cutting off traffic. Circulation could not be reestablished until the driver was assisted and the work of the firefighters was facilitated.
