Five people have died in a shooting at a residence in Washington state last Sunday morning, where police have stated that the alleged culprit could be among the victims.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office has stated that deputies found the dead bodies inside a home in Orchards, Washington, after a call around 1 a.m. Sunday. A resident informed a relative who was not at home that “they were hurting people in the house,” understanding that he was in another room of the house and was hearing the shots.

The police, in reconnaissance of the perimeter after the call for help, used a drone to look inside the house, where they were able to observe five people who appeared to be dead, the police investigation reported.

The Southwest Washington Regional SWAT team responded due to a gunshot threat and entered the home with emergency medical personnel, but all five adults inside were dead.
