“My head has gone.” This is what a 32-year-old man said to the agents who arrested him after brutally beating her 30-year-old girlfriend and leaving her semi-conscious and abandoned on a beach in Marbella, in Malaga.

The woman had had the opportunity to ask for help through the window of a car from some police officers who were attending a traffic accident in the city of Malaga while her partner was driving the vehicle at high speed. The agents saw the driver with bloody clothes, his hands swollen and full of traces of blood, in addition to observing stains on the passenger seat. After being questioned, the man said that the woman was her girlfriend, that he had left her in the beach area and about the fact he added that “my head has gone.”

The woman was found semi-conscious in a dark area with bruises, a cut on her chin and bloody clothing. In addition, the agents after an inspection verified that she had been dragged from a place that coincided with tire tracks, due to the signs in the sand.

An ambulance traveled to the scene to attend to the woman, who was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries. The man, a 32-year-old Spaniard, was arrested; In addition, he was penalized for reckless driving and tested positive for alcohol, although the rate was below the minimum.
