The Department of the Interior has opened a file against six firefighters from the Sant Celoni park after a colleague denounced them for harassment, exhibitionism and machismo. The newspaper Ara published this Sunday that the worker claims to have suffered harassment and humiliation since she entered this Generalitat Firefighters park in 2020, four years ago.
Sources from the department have confirmed to ACN that the file, which affects two corporals of the force, exists and that “from minute one” they activated the relevant protocols in response to the complaint.
According to the newspaper, the justice system is also investigating four firefighters for a crime of workplace harassment of the woman, who is on sick leave. She explains that they forced her to do tasks that were not her responsibility, such as cooking or cleaning vehicles, and that a colleague of hers appeared before her naked.
