A baby less than two years old died this Wednesday afternoon after accidentally falling out of the window of a home located in the Harrobitxulo neighborhood of the Guipuzcoan municipality of Astigarraga, as reported by the Basque Department of Security to Europa Press.
The accident occurred at twenty to three in the afternoon when the minor fell from the third floor into the interior patio of the building.
Health personnel deployed to the scene have only been able to confirm the death of the child. The Ertzaintza has opened an investigation to determine the circumstances under which the tragic event occurred.
