Compared to that first week of the year, the impact of the disappeared discount means that gasoline today costs 13.7% more, while diesel has increased by 5.7% given that at that time its price was 1.46 euros per liter.
At current prices, filling a 55-liter tank costs around 86.5 euros for gasoline, about 4.6 euros more than a year ago, and 84.9 euros for diesel, one euro more.
In the last month, gasoline and diesel are down almost 4.5% and 5.9%, respectively. Since the historical highs recorded in June 2022, gasoline and diesel are already 19% and 18.8% cheaper respectively.
