Who said ducks should only hang out with ducks? At the Fur farm

The owners of this farm, Bre and Cameron Boyette, have reported this friendship relationship to the popular portal The Dodo. Apparently, Milkshake has a special affection for Dumplin’ and refuses to leave his side: “They connected from day one. “They sleep in the backyard and when we wake up they are hugging.”

This scene, which would seem taken from a story, is lived out day by day on the farm, where Milkshake shows an unusual preference for the company of Dumplin’ over that of other ducks: “For some reason he was attracted to the cows. The others “Ducks go to the pond or the stream. But when Dumplin decided to go for a bath, Milshake went too.”

The most curious thing about this friendship is Milkshake’s behavior in the water. Unlike other ducks that usually bathe every now and then, Milkshake only dares to dive if Dumplin’ does it first. “As soon as Dumplin’ came out of the water, Milkshake was right behind him,” Bre said, highlighting the uniqueness of his behavior: “I’ve never seen Milkshake in the water without Dumplin’.”

And they don’t just go to the water together. They are practically inseparable: “They knock on the door and are outside asking if they can come into the house.” In this way, the family lets them into the house. Once inside, the mammal and the duck take over the interior, while the little ones in the house continue with their lives, indifferent to the peculiar presence of these friends: “They don’t care that we have them inside.”
