This platform is available starting this Tuesday for clients of the firm. A project that allows both the firm and its clients to enter the circular fashion industry in addition to getting a return on their used garments.

The application in question gives its customers the opportunity to sell second-hand clothing from any Zara collection or even donate them. Under the title Pre-Owned, the platform can be found on Zara’s main page and also has all the brand’s categories: men, women, children and beauty.

In addition to the purchase and sale of second-hand parts, the platform houses a section for repairs. This includes, for example, the replacement of buttons and zippers, thus extending the useful life of the pieces in the cabinets.

Another service that this new Zara platform includes is requesting the collection of clothes at home. The firm starts this initiative to be able to recycle or donate all surplus clothing – including that of other firms – that is generated due to rapid consumption.

The platform, which in addition to being operational in Spain is available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal, is part of the firm’s strategy to advance in terms of sustainability.
