A week after the tragic death of actress Itziar Castro, Spain says goodbye to another of its actresses, Daniela Costa, who died this Thursday at the age of 42. The Catalan performer became popularly famous for being part of the cast of series such as Mis Adorables Vecinos, Al Salir de Clase or Hospital Central, among others. Little by little, more details of this death are becoming known, such as its causes.
The announcement of the death was made public this Friday morning through a devastating message published by actor Miguel Ángel Muñoz through his social networks. ”I can’t believe life. We had a great time making MAV together… Rest in Peace Daniela Acosta. Family and closest friends, I accompany you in the feeling,” the actor expressed then.
After learning of her death, the big question for many was to know what had caused such a talented actress, and above all, such a young person, to leave forever. The response came from her partner, Oskar Salcedo, who in a message on Facebook revealed that the actress died from breast cancer. “The Love of my Life!!! My dear companion and mother of our son, Daniela Costa, left us on this physical plane, to unite with God and the Universe, resting in Peace!!! The terrible disease of breast cancer could with her!!!”, expressed the artist in his message.
The couple lived in the Barcelona town of Sitges, where they led a happy and quiet life with their youngest son, León. “Giving infinite thanks for everything experienced, for his Smile, his Companionship, his Strength and his Art, his Unconditional Love and his Mastery. For his part, Oskar also announced then that the wake on Friday ended at 9:00 p.m., but that it would continue from 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at the Sitges Mortuary. Her funeral will take place this Saturday at 4:30 p.m. in the Church of Sant Bartolomeu and Santa Tecla in Sitges, where all those who knew her will be able to say goodbye to her.
