A trailer truck got stuck this Friday on a track in the Cantabrian town of Ampuero to which the GPS guided it. According to information from the 112 Emergency Attention Center, the geolocation device has sent the trailer driver down a narrow road with a steep slope, along which the heavy vehicle has skidded until the wheels of the tractor head were in the ditch, with risk of overturning on a private property.
The firefighters of the Government of Cantabria have prepared a sling system and a high-powered tractor belonging to a neighbor, who was contacted by the Laredo Local Police and City Hall staff, managed to pull it out.
