The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has received the team of the series Cuéntame como paso at the Moncloa Complex, after the series said goodbye to the small screen last month after 22 years in broadcast and 413 episodes.

“For 22 years we have lived the history of our country through the Alcántara. We have laughed, suffered, cried and enjoyed with you. Thank you to everyone who made ‘Cuéntame’ possible, a series by everyone and for everyone. See you always! , family!”, Sánchez said in a publication on the social network X.

This is how the President of the Government expressed himself after receiving in La Moncloa the actor Imano Arias, the actresses Ana Duato, María Galiana and Irene Visedo or the co-creator and producer of the series Miguel Ángel Bernardeau, among other members of the ‘Cuéntame’ team.

According to RTVE figures, more than 2,000 performers and more than 20,000 extras took part in ‘Cuéntame how it happened’.

Specifically, the streets of the San Genaro neighborhood, where the Alcántara family resides, have hosted the performances of teachers such as Fernando Fernán Gómez, Terele Pávez, José Sancho, Alicia Hermida, Tony Leblanc or Juan Echanove, among others. In addition, they have seen Irene Montalá, Maxi Iglesias, Álvaro Morte, Asier Etxeandía and Óscar Casas pass by.
