María José Campanario and Jesulín de Ubrique make up one of the most media couples on the national scene. 21 years of marriage in which Julia, Jesús and Hugo came into the world from their love. A relationship that has been strengthened over the years, but that has generated a multitude of speculations on television sets.
And the media war that the dentist and the retired bullfighter have had with Belén Esteban over the decades has placed them at the center of the controversy. It was not until Paracuellos decided to cut everything off for the sake of her daughter, and until Campanario moved away from the center of attention, that the waters did not calm down a bit. Now, the only thing the couple does is send messages of love on social networks.
As it could not be otherwise, María José Campanario has not forgotten to publish an emotional open letter to Jesulín on one of her most special days: her 50th birthday. And since half a century doesn’t happen every day, the dentist wanted to make clear what she feels about her and what the love of her life is for her. “Congratulations on this new return to the Sun to the purest soul that can exist,” she began to relate.
For Campanario, her husband is the “biggest heart” and a person who “works tirelessly.” A few words that put on the table that 21 years of marriage have not worn down the couple one bit and they are still in all their glory. This could be due, among other things, to the fact that she feels protected by her side, as she has expressed.
But that is not all. She has given a glimpse of what the inside of Jesulín de Ubrique is like for her, a person who brings out her feelings with ease. “To the one who gets emotional and cries with a song by Rocío Jurado and with a little girl who plays the cajon,” she continued.
Although, without a doubt, one of the aspects that shows where the couple is at is what happens when they go to sleep. “The one who wakes up at night to put his hand on my chest again and tell me ‘I just need to know you’re there,'” she revealed.
This tender love letter has been accompanied by a carousel of photographs in which María José shows several images of Jesulín doing various tasks. Posing in some ruins, speaking at an event, looking at his cell phone while wearing a beret, or looking into infinity, are some of these snapshots.
And it is not the first time, nor will it be the last, that they talk about the love they feel for each other. “I met María José in a restaurant. She came with a friend. […] I was with my parents and I invited them to come to the countryside and at a moment when I saw her more distracted I told her: ‘Never look like this again You’re going to forget,'” the former bullfighter said on El Show de Bertín a few years ago.
