The members of the Catalan National Assembly (ANC) will vote electronically from March 1 to 14 if they bring a Civic List for Independence to the Catalan elections, attending as a group of voters and not as a party.

The plenary session of the National Secretariat approved this Saturday the dates, the question and the opening in a few days of a website on the list project (including a commitment to the declaration of independence to be signed by the candidates), it reports in a statement.

The question will be ‘Do you agree that the Assembly promotes the Civic List for Independence in the next elections to the Parliament of Catalonia, to make independence effective?’. The elections should be held before March 31, 2025.

The entity chaired by Dolors Feliu will try to ensure that members can also vote in person at their territorial headquarters if they request it, and will launch a call center to inform and encourage participation.

The objective of the Llista Cívica is to promote a group of voters “that would move away from the party system and shake up the current autonomist scenario.”
