Today, in La Vanguardia Readers’ Photos, we are located in a town with a small urban center but with a very large area. A town within the natural region of Baix Montseny called Sant Pere de Vilamajor, in the Vallès Oriental.

A town with a large area of ??forest, agricultural areas, urbanizations and very variable terrain. The snapshots have been captured with a blue sky and lots of sun, when the previous day rain and snow had been the protagonists at medium-high altitudes.

This area, in addition to everything mentioned above, is also a very good option to see the Montseny mountain. So, without thinking about it, we went to see a massif that, according to the weather maps, had to have snow at dawn.

Unfortunately, around mid-morning, we realized that only snow was visible on one of the peaks. An anecdotal snowfall that did not prevent us from having a good morning.

And once there, we walked through large areas of this town, being able to photograph Montseny, Montnegre or some crop fields, which, thanks to the rain the day before, showed a very intense and beautiful green.

But once we had photographed our objective for the day (Montseny), along the way the landscape did not cease to amaze us. A landscape with a very variable orography, with horses walking with their owners, horse riding, a lot of silence, beautiful paths… A changing town that is difficult to describe.

A town where you can disconnect, breathe, walk along its endless paths, make memories and above all enjoy its small corners that do not appear in any magazine or newspaper. So, although there was practically no snow in Montseny, the experience was more than satisfactory. To enjoy.
