Passeig de Gràcia once again celebrates its gastronomic festival, and it is already in its seventh edition, which this year is packed with new features and offers a tour of some of the restaurants on the most famous avenue in Barcelona, ??led by Carme Ruscalleda (Moments, at the Mandarin Oriental), Martín Berasategui and Paolo Casagrande (Lasarte, at the Monument Hotel) or the master of sweet Christian Escribà. Passeig de Gourmets started yesterday and will continue until March 17 with a program of activities that range from the route of dishes and signature sandwiches, to new proposals around creative pastries and cocktails, in addition to the menus and gourmet experiences.
In total, there are 20 restaurants participating in the initiative and, therefore, they will offer some of their creations to local diners and visitors. Among the dishes, for ten euros with a drink, you can try the red shrimp tartare, nori seaweed and lime from Mandarin Oriental or the stuffed octopus cannelloni from The One Barcelona. In the signature sandwiches section (between 9 and 19 euros), which debuted last year, there are hamburgers, brioches, hot dogs and sandwiches of all kinds.
But the novelty this year lies in the creative pastry route in which six establishments participate, each of which offers a sweet preparation for eight euros, and in the cocktails (you can choose between nine different proposals at 15 euros each). , which give greater prominence to the bartender in this edition.
On the website you can see all the restaurants, as well as the menus and gourmet experiences that will take place these days.
