Some customers use reviews to give their opinion on everything except the service and food they receive at a restaurant. These users even use this forum to insult the establishment’s staff, a practice that some businesses do not overlook and that end up denouncing Google, in addition to responding publicly.
“The bald waiter with long hair and a beard who looks like a hobbit, waited for my colleagues to go to the bathroom before giving birth to them. Instead of laughing at him, we were just trying to help him in his job of keeping people away from the terrace,” complains a client.
And he justifies his attitude: “After insulting them behind their backs, I tried to explain to him that we weren’t laughing at him and he didn’t want to listen. I ended up calling him stupid. You insult us and on top of that we have to apologize? What I was missing, mole face, toad, mouse, cockroach. I wish I could have insulted you more.” To top it all off, in his review, he rates the place with just one star.
Given the comment, those responsible for the establishment decided to respond, according to the X account (formerly Twitter), I am a Waiter. “Honestly, we are not even going to evaluate what you are commenting on in this review. Just the language you are using to refer to one of our colleagues says everything about you. We hope you don’t come back,” they say.
This business assures that they do not need clients of this type “Evidently the review has been reported to Google. They may remove it, they may not. We hope that this is the case and that you think twice about what you write publicly about any worker in any business,” they close.
