In black and with transparencies. Nebulossa has not given rise to surprises for her big night, at least in terms of style. The representative of Spain in Eurovision 2024 has relied on the gothic aesthetic and a certain dominatrix air that has accompanied her since she won the victory at the Benidorm Fest, on February 3.
Accompanied by her dancers, the costume chosen for the great occasion sought, like the electro duo’s protest song, to have a pop impact. The styling is the work of American designer Michael Costello, who has created the suit exclusively for the representative of Spain.
It is a long jumpsuit, with puffed sleeves and flared pants that adjust at the waist thanks to a corseted belt. The piece has been made with 63,000 crystals mixed with guipure and lace. Like a second skin to represent that strong, libertarian woman that she describes in Zorra, María Bas has shone with her own light.
The daring jumpsuit is also a nod from the Spanish to the famous Abba, a group that made history by crowning Sweden the winner of the musical contest for the first time in 1974.
