The suspect, wanted for aggravated stalking, extortion, and making threats to kill a law enforcement officer, now faces additional charges such as reckless driving, fleeing and eluding, battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest. After receiving medical treatment, Prater will appear in bond court to address the charges against him.
