A man named Daniel Santiago, aged 45, was arrested by authorities following a police chase that took place in El Cajon. The incident began at around 12:29 p.m. in the 400 block of Emerald Avenue, where reports came in about a man pointing a shotgun at individuals in the area. The victims had been on their way to work when Santiago pulled up next to them in his truck and threatened them, accusing them of following him.
