Joy Nelson had a vivid dream about disabled children that inspired her to start the Joyful Foundation, a non-profit organization to help orphans. She raised money to provide food and medical supplies for the West Haven Children’s Home in Jamaica, which cares for physically and mentally handicapped orphans.

Joy and her friends traveled to Jamaica with barrels of supplies for the children, but encountered a problem at the airport. Due to a mistake, Joy was overcharged for her luggage, and despite multiple attempts to contact JetBlue for a refund, she received no response.

Help Me Howard, a legal expert, advised Joy on her options to get her money back, including disputing the charge with her credit card company or taking the case to small claims court. After contacting JetBlue, they apologized for the error and refunded all of the bag fees paid for the trip, totaling $550.

Joy was thrilled to receive the refund and expressed her gratitude for the help she received. She emphasized that the money could go a long way in helping the orphaned children at the West Haven Children’s Home.
