In July 2020, East London dance producer Tim Reaper, also known as Ed Alloh, launched the first EP of his ongoing series Meeting of the Minds. Each track on the EP features a collaboration with a different artist, showcasing Reaper’s innovative approach to jungle music. Jungle music, a percussively dense style that originated in the 90s UK rave scene, places a strong emphasis on creatively editing sampled drum breaks.

Reaper embarked on the Meeting of the Minds project not only to work with other talented jungle artists from around the world but also to channel his creative energy during the COVID-19 pandemic, which had put nightlife on hold.
