One must be careful what one writes about the eccentric mangemillionær and laureate Jesper Skovsgaard on the social media.
It must more and more people recognize after they have been threatened with libel from the mangemillionæren for the comments they have written about Jesper Skovsgaard and his business practices on Facebook.
Among them is the 25-year-old carpenter Mikkel Kristensen from Aalborg.
Back in may, wrote Mikkel Kristensen a critical comment on the Skovsgaards business practices to a news story about Skovsgaard, that was shared on B. T.’s Facebook page.
the Story had the headline ‘Known ejendomsmatador lose in court: Owed to former employee 710.000 dollars’.
In the commentary track wrote Mikkel Kristensen ‘I know of several who have broken the neck of the him unhappy… :(‘.

But the kind of comments find mangemillionæren not in.
a Few hours after I had written the comment, I was bombarded with messages on all platforms. Facebook, Linkedin and e-mail by Jesper Skovsgaard, explains Mikkel Kristensen.

Mikkel Kristensen went according to his own statements to the keys, because in his circle of friends are several who have burnt their fingers badly economic to work together with Jesper Skovsgaard.
– I rejected the request and denied that my type would have to be libelous.
– In a long time I had forgotten the case, until I a few weeks ago and got a letter from the lawyer that I would soon receive a letter regarding the injuriesagen with Jesper Skovsgaards, if not I deleted the ad, says Mikkel Kristensen.

Mikkel Kristensen has not received any letter, and it is apparently a good reason for that. More on that later.
Injurie-expert shakes his head
the Extra Leaf has shown the lawyer and offentlighedsrådgiver Oluf Jørgensen Mikkel Kristensen’s comment.
He does not believe that there should be a basis for libel action.
‘the Term ‘broken neck’ is a common expression that has a broad meaning. It can f.ex. mean that some have ‘got it bad’, ‘little loss’, or ‘ill-treated’ by the employment or cooperation with the person concerned.’
‘When the term does not appear as a specific, factual allegation, it can hardly provide the basis for
injuriedom,’ he writes in an email to Ekstra Bladet.

Mikkel Kristensen is not the only one who has been threatened with a libel action by Jesper Skovsgaard.
the Extra Leaf is familiar with at least one other person who has written critical Facebook comments, which has led to threats of libel.
in Addition, at least one example from Trustpilot, where the Extra Leaf has seen evidence that the employees in Jesper Skovsgaards company 2E Housing go a long way to shut down critical voices.
– I think he should spend his time and money to behave properly instead of chasing and threatening ordinary people like me, says Mikkel Kristensen, who stands by his criticism of the mangemillionæren.
Byggematadoren Jesper Skovsgaard has earned his fortune building and selling houses and apartments.
He is a well-known figure in the north, where his moderfirma 2E Group also has address.
the Company is entirely owned by Jesper Skovsgaard, and, according to the latest accounts own funds 210 million. Last year made Jesper Skovsgaard in the company to a profit after-tax profit of 42 million crowns.
Mangemillionæren live a luxurious lifestyle.

‘We have answered your questions to the extent possible, taking into account a pending matter concerning a former employee, who apparently has a relation to Mikkel Visti(Kristensen, ed.). The correspondence that you refer to, arising out of one case and not multiple cases,’ reads the answer from the lawyer Simon Mors Hansen.
