Even led syvendeseedede Abreu both 15-11 and 16-12 in 1. set, before Lee took seven of the next eight points.

After sideskiftet accompanied the players to 7-7, then Lee quietly pulled from. When he came 17-11, everything seemed the Danish hope for success out. Viktor Axelsen, however, were not beaten yet and downloaded four of the next five points, and reduced to 18-15. Lee got the hang of things, and, capitalizing on his first match point, when they followed shortly after.

When was Anders Antonsen already out of the tournament.
