Sweden qualified with a 2-0 victory over Romania on Friday evening for the european championship finals, but the Swedish gala night was marred by a bunch of Romanian fans in Bucharest.

They had a very hard time to behave properly and exposed Alexander Isaac for racist chants. The judge, the Italian Daniele Orsato, was ready to interrupt the fight.

He let it be up Isaac, which, however, did not think it was necessary.

– I did not allow myself to be influenced by it. In the end it is what they want. The judge said that he could stop the fight, but I said to him that it was not necessary, said the 20-year-old Swedish striker, according to Aftonbladet after the match in the Romanian capital.

There have been problems in the past with the Romanian fans, and against Sweden, had the game stopped in 1. half-time, when a firecracker was thrown onto the pitch, while at the same time was used pyrotechnics in the stands.

Later was Isaac in subjected to racist chants and abelyde from the battens. Referee Orsato had a short conversation with Isaac where he is let it be up to the swede, for the fight had finished.

It was towards the end of the purge, and Sweden led 2-0.

Real Sociedad-the player they called the Romanian fans behavior for incredibly sad and even got great praise and many words of encouragement for his way to deal with the brainless chants.

I can understand that it was very close, the fight would be discontinued. But Isaac desired that we should proceed, that we should play the match finish and then celebrate with the fans.

– It was very strong of Isaac to take the decision keeping in mind his age, said the experienced Swedish captain Andreas Granqvist to Aftonbladet.
