Neymar has long been the rumor away from Paris Saint-Germain returned to FC Barcelona, which he changed from back in 2017.
One such return may, however, be a little awkward, since the brazilian is now the plaintiff in Barcelona for around 25 million dollars, which it is believed that his old club owe him.
