A christmas tree is for many danes a mandatory part of christmas. But for many customers of the company are 100 % Eco is the case at the moment something else.

Our customer service has not been geared enough for the task. We didn’t actually know that christmas trees would be so huge for many, says sales manager at 100 % Eco, Kristoffer Spar, to Ekstra Bladet.

– Both the customer service and the whole logistics around the setup has been deplorable. We have not been clear enough, but we were also challenged due to few hands. Here the last while, however, we have been fighting around the clock to get it to succeed, and we have delivered over 3000 christmas trees out to the happy people.
