Five people are dead after a mass shooting Indianapolis Sunday morning, authorities said.
Among those people killed was pregnant — that the girl’s unborn child was murdered.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Chief Randall Taylor called the episode that the town’s”biggest mass casualty shooting over a decade”
Police received a 911 call before 4 a.m. and found a boy in 3300 block of East 36th Street that had been captured, according to the authorities. Officers then went into the 3500 block of Adams Street and discovered five people dead within a home, according to the authorities.
No suspects have been identified as 4 pm and detectives continued to comb the scene for indications, according to the authorities.
Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett was psychological during the news conference and stated that he’s called at the U.S. Attorney’s office and FBI to help with the analysis.
“I want those responsible to be aware that the complete might of local state and national law enforcement is coming to them as I talk,” Hogsett stated. “Coming for them now, coming to them tonight arriving for them … coming to them as long as it happens.”
