Despite the rain on the first day, the success of Sarrià Manga, which is being held this weekend in Sarrià de Ter and which in this edition pays tribute to the recently deceased Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball and Dr. Slump.

Fans can leave their messages of remembrance of this artist who developed his creative activities within manga for more than 45 years, giving rise to two of the most famous series.

The municipal sports pavilion of Sarrià de Ter hosts the Sarrià Manga hall for another year, a meeting point for lovers of anime, manga and Asian culture.

With the motto “we are small but brave”, this fair has been held in a festive atmosphere, with a lot of color and many smiles around the entire exhibition offer, as can be seen in this photographic report in The Readers’ Photos of La Vanguardias.

The show is organized by the Starraco Unlimited Association, whose objective is “to spread and promote the fantasy and science fiction genre in the world of cinema, series, comics and video games.” Likewise, the intention is to “enhance sociability by facilitating recreational spaces and events for families and the general public.”
