In Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia we can contemplate the smoke of industry and the mists at dawn in Sant Pere de Torelló, in Osona, in the sub-region of Vall del Ges, on the border with Ripollès and Garrotxa.

Fog is the condensation of water vapor from the air at ground level. In Osona this phenomenon is very common throughout the year, even at the gates of spring.

The amount of vapor that can exist in a certain volume of air depends on its pressure and temperature. This quantity is measured by a variable called relative humidity.

It must also be taken into account that the presence of water droplets in the air depends much more on the temperature than on the amount of existing vapor.

In the images we also see a sky colored by the glare and some condensation trails.
