Sant Boi de Llobregat will resume this spring the Artichoke festival, suspended in 2020 due to the covid and the restrictions of subsequent years. The event will be held on April 2 and will have a gastronomic menu as its backbone, which will be designed by the Degusta Sant Boi collective.

In parallel to the meal, the same day there are various family activities, canning workshops, cooking demonstrations and a market for artichoke producers from the Cooperativa Agrària Santboiana.

Before, throughout the month of March the city organizes different gastronomic activities with the artichoke as the protagonist.
