The Court of Barcelona has sentenced six Mossos d’Esquadra agents for aggravated injuries and torture of two boys who fled from a checkpoint in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona) at midnight on April 23, 2016.
The sentence condemns a policeman to five years and one month in prison and the rest to four years in prison.
The court has sentenced the six as co-authors of a crime of torture in the modality of serious attack on moral integrity.
