“It makes me very happy because from the beginning I have said that all I want is for Harley Quinn to be one of those characters, like Macbeth or Batman, that always goes from one great actor to another.” With these words, Margot Robbie showed her satisfaction with the choice of Lady Gaga as the new villain in love with the Joker.

The streets of Manhattan have witnessed the first images of the artist characterized as Harley Quinn in the movie Joker: Folie à Deux, directed by Todd Philipps. Some snapshots where Lady Gaga goes down the steps of a building surrounded by police officers in Gotham uniforms.

The first thing that catches the attention of these photographs is the notable change in style of Harley Quinn in this new production. If in Margot Robbie’s stage as the villain the two-tone pigtails and the clothes in vibrant colors stood out, in this film the character will bet on dramatic looks.

Lady Gaga doesn’t have her hair dyed pink and blue, instead she wears blonde hair combed back and striking eye makeup. She also predominates red, black and white tones in her outfit with prominence for rhombuses, with matching stockings and an eccentric jacket with tulle ruffles on the sleeves.

In another image, another Harley Quinn outfit can be seen, without eye makeup. In this scene, the villain is wearing a floral print minidress and a black fur coat. A style that ends with Mary Jane-type shoes, black stockings and a maxi bag.
