Today I had the opportunity to go up in a balloon with a great pilot, Kate Holzer, an experience that I have captured in images for Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia.
In 2013 she decided to train for a pilot’s license and upon graduation she was the youngest to fly commercial balloons in the UK, spending the summer season flying passengers in Scotland and the winter in Sri Lanka and Switzerland.
He says he always found time to “hobby drive” with his family in many countries.
A great professional preparing the balloon and driving, with the perfect landing and right on the path between the fields, as demonstrated in Vic’s appointment. And of course, her sympathy. A great experience.
The balloons were released from the Mercat de Vic square, as can be seen in the snapshots, in the 40th International Ram Market Balloon Tournament.
