Elon Musk seems to have accidentally revealed that he has an alternate Twitter account. In addition, in the same leak, it has also been made public that more than 24,700 of his followers pay $4 a month to access his exclusive content on the social network, thus generating a monthly income for the company of almost $100,000.

Last Monday, Musk shared a seemingly innocent screenshot of the navigation menu of his main Twitter account, with the aim of teaching users how to use one of the new features of the paid version of Twitter Blue, that of Subscriptions. , which allows creators to offer exclusive bonus content to followers who pay a monthly fee.

However, beyond this demonstration, the most interesting thing about the image was that many users realized that Musk had started a secondary Twitter profile on his device, with a profile picture of a boy holding a toy rocket.

The user DogeDesigner was one of the users who noticed this detail in the account and decided to tweet it. Minutes later, the CEO of Twitter himself appeared to confirm the news. “You would never have guessed it’s me!” He replied through another tweet.

The curiosity of the users did not stop here. About an hour after Musk’s tweet, the user @SaeedDiCaprio has already shared the mogul’s alternative account, called “Elon Test” and with the username @ErmnMusk.

In this sense, the Vice portal has revealed that @ErmnMusk was created in November 2022, that is, a month after Musk closed the deal to buy Twitter. Also, the profile picture appears to be of X AE A-XII, Musk’s own two-year-old son.

The boy in the photo also appears to be holding a chrome model of Musk’s Starship, valued at $300. This figure can be ordered now on the SpaceX website, but it will go on sale in the third quarter of the year. Finally, another pretty clear sign is that the account in question tweeted “I’m finally turning 3 on May 4th!”, a date that coincides with X AE A-XII’s birthday.

In addition, studying @ErmnMusk’s tweets, several users have agreed that the account tweeted about topics that interest Musk, such as cryptocurrencies and electric cars, although in a random and quite crazy way.

Finally, up to 34 people followed by @ErmnMusk are related to Musk in real life. The alleged alternative account of the Tesla founder follows, among others, Stephen King, a novelist with whom Musk has fought on several occasions on Twitter; former President Donald Trump, or Christopher Stanley, a former SpaceX employee who is now Twitter’s director of security.

Currently, @ErmnMusk has over 42,000 followers.
