Terrazeo, tardeo, vermuteo… everything related to gastronomy and food pairing is in fashion. And it is that we feel like going out and disconnecting, especially if there are proposals as appealing as the Hotel Tapa Tour festival in Barcelona. They have been 8 intense days in which 22 four and five star hotels have offered exquisite signature tapas. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end, and the festival ends this weekend. These small bites are a treat for the palate, so hurry up and try to try as many as possible. There is still time.

In case anyone has any questions, we have selected five establishments with their five proposals that make us salivate just thinking about it.

The Intercontinental Hotel is located in an unbeatable setting on Montjuïc, next to the Fira and the Museu d’Art de Catalunya. On this occasion, he invites us to discover his cuisine through four different proposals created by chef Juan Sánchez:

Pork foot with black sausage washed down with Bela Roble 2021 wine; crunchy cannelloni stuffed with crab accompanied with a glass of Babot Brut Nature; Iberian ham croquette and beer; and sobrassada and Cointreau fritter along with a Gorgonzola Fizz cocktail.

Hotel Royal Passeig de Gracia proposes enjoying this gastronomic experience at the 83.3 Terrace Bar, the highest terrace in the Eixample, and with dishes prepared by chef Eduardo Narcizo:
