The La Rioja municipality of Villarroya has completed the voting in the regional and local elections this Sunday in just over 29 seconds, which has surpassed its 2019 record by 3.
This small municipality, with seven registered voters, stopped the timer for the 2019 general elections in 32 seconds and 25 hundredths, a time that has been reduced on this occasion.
