A fire has completely destroyed an industrial warehouse this morning and part of the roof of another located on Calle Hierro in an industrial estate located in the Madrid town of Campo Real.

A spokesman for 112 Emergencies has reported that the fire started around 11 p.m. in one of the warehouses dedicated to the storage of industrial waste, which burned rapidly and spread to another adjacent one dedicated to storing paint and solvents, reports Efe.

The Fire Officer of the Community of Madrid, Annika Koll, has reported that since the fire was fully developed, ten teams have been mobilized with extinction vehicles, headquarters and one with drones, with which they have been able to see how the fire was being transmitted. to the adjoining ship on the deck.

Likewise, he explained that the firefighters have made an enormous effort to prevent the fire from spreading to other neighboring ships.

The Emergencies spokesman added that the warehouse dedicated to storage has been destroyed, as well as a van inside, and that of paintings has been affected, especially the roof.

The ten fire brigades have managed to control the fire after three hours of work despite the heavy fire load.

In prevention there were teams from Summa and Civil Protection, the spokesman highlighted.
