Juana Dolores has left everyone speechless in her comeback on television, with three very clear reasons in mind. While Marc Giró finished his monologue in Late Xou, the poet surprised the presenter with her forceful statements.
During her participation in Late Xou, the artist interrupted the presenter’s monologue to affirm that she doesn’t mind being made jokes about her, but she wanted to make clear the three reasons that led her to return to television.
His words were as follows: “Firstly, I’m on Late Xou because it’s a program for ladies and fags. The second reason is that I consider Marc Giró the most handsome presenter in Catalonia and perhaps in all of Spain and the world. And , finally, quoting Manuela Trasobares: ‘All this is a disguise to be able to explain to the world the fascist country in which we still live'”, which was applauded by the audience present.
Immediately afterwards, Juana Dolores asked Marc Giró for a huge meteorite that he was holding in his hands, referring to his famous phrase addressed to Xavier Trias in Més 324: “To the fucking old man from Trias, let’s see if a meteorite falls on him”.
With the meteorite in her hands, the artist concluded her speech with a forceful statement: “It’s a good thing it’s a meteorite and not a Molotov cocktail! Do you know what a meteorite is? It’s a force of nature, a hurricane, an earthquake , a tsunami… like Juana Dolores”.
During an interview on Més 324 to present his book ‘Catalan Requiem. And if a nation parading on a red carpet’, Juana Dolores starred in a surreal moment when she criticized the management of Catalan public television.
His words stunned the presenter Xavier Graset, who heard phrases like: “I’ve come here to shit on everything” or “Let’s see if the director and the old people’s leadership of TV3 resign.”
After going viral on social networks and generating intense debates, both the presenter and the protagonist spoke out about it, and the Polònia program even recreated that historic moment with humor.
