Kiko Hernández got on what would be his last pulpillo after 14 years in Sálvame to drop the biggest of all the bombs and in this case he would not leave up in the air who the character is or what he would go about, because it had to do with himself. The collaborator opened up and revealed his great secret: he is in love with the actor Fran Antón, with whom he plans to marry next September.
“The time has come to tell my truth”, began the man from Madrid, excited, “That truth is defined by the fact that a long time ago I found the person who has made me the happiest in my entire life. A long time ago I found what the love of true. I have found the man of my life. I have found the person who can help me in this path that I have with my daughters, the best father. I have found the person I love the most in this world, and that person is called Fran Anton”.
A statement that cleared up all kinds of doubts and that made both his colleagues and the millions of viewers who were witnesses of that moment emotional. A set that turned into a sea of ??tears, because they did not expect the collaborator to throw himself into it.
“Thank you for giving me a wonderful family, for loving my family so much. I would like this to last a lifetime, that we be happy for a lifetime,” Kiko continued, also announcing their wedding next September, in Melilla; and putting on the famous engagement ring that has generated so many headlines in recent days.
“I never ever thought that this news would be given in this program. I am so happy…”, concluded Hernández, thus ending the program, from which he will take a break until the next 23rd, when he will return for his final . However, the emotion of finally being able to feel free made him continue declaring his love after his confession on television, and thus, he shared a beautiful photo through his Instagram account in which he can be seen with the love of his life.
“If I were born again… you would be it,” he tells Fran Antón, now that he finally feels safe to proclaim to the four winds the love he feels for him.
An excerpt from, apparently, the song Historia de vida, by María Peláe and Vanesa Martín, very romantic and perfectly expressing the moment they are both living.
“A stage in the program is coming to an end, but thanks to being happy and being with him, I have been able to get along much better when this program ends,” said Kiko Hernández, about the future that awaits him after the end of Sálvame. The collaborator insisted that he does not look sadly to the future, since a world of possibilities opens up for him together with Fran Antón, with whom he even plans to expand the family – the collaborator is the father of two girls, April and Jimena, six years old- .
Hernández met the actor in February 2022, when they both participated in the play Different, directed by Juan Luis Iborra. A work that marked the debut on stage for the collaborator, but which also brought the man from Melilla into his life, from whom he never separated again, either personally or professionally, as both returned to work together on stage in Las Troyanas and , later, behind the scenes as producer and director of his works.
It had always been maintained that there was something more than friendship between the two, but Hernández was reluctant to confirm or deny anything until, finally, on the afternoon of June 13, he confirmed the obvious: his thing is love. “Right now I have the perfect life, and I won’t trade it for anything.”
