Alejandro Sanz is immersed in a moment of important changes, both personally and professionally. A few days ago we learned that the artist from Madrid was leaving Universal Music, the record company of his last four studio albums, to sign for Sony Music Entertainment.
Shortly before, the news of the unexpected break between Sanz and Rachel Valdés was known, after three years together and two children in common. In addition, his fans have not been able to hide their concern for the singer’s state of mind, who posted an enigmatic message on social networks: “Sometimes I don’t even want to be there. Literally. Just to be honest. Not to get into the useless noise. I know that there are people who feel that way. If it works for you, I feel the same way.”
Now, the artist has decided to put up for sale the farm ‘El sueño de los Parrales’ in Jarandilla de la Vera (Cáceres), a property that has 12 hectares of oak forest, more than 300 fig trees, 600 olive trees and 800 chestnut trees.
It is one of the most special places for Alejandro Sanz. There he celebrated his wedding with Raquel Perera and named his son Dylan in 2014. He also gave it to hold some MasterChef tests.
As reported by ABC, the sale is in the hands of a real estate expert who works with high-end clients. Although its starting price is around three million euros, there are already buyers interested in the property.
This medium ensures that its sale would respond to economic problems. The artist’s environment ensures that he did not enjoy a buoyant economy after being swindled by a close friend. Sanz declared bankruptcy and was forced to sell his Miami mansion to pay off the debt he was carrying.
