The president of the Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, commemorated this Monday, June 19, the first anniversary of the historic victory of the PP in the regional elections by an absolute majority and which, in his opinion, has resulted in “one of the greatest impulses history” from the community that allows you to “compete with the best”.
In his message published on his official Twitter account, Moreno recalls his electoral triumph a year ago that allowed him to revalidate the Presidency of the Junta alone after the coalition government with Ciudadanos (Cs) although he chooses to define it as a “sufficient majority” and not as an absolute majority the 58 deputies that the PP has had since then in the Andalusian Parliament.
“A year ago today the Andalusians gave us a sufficient majority and an enormous responsibility. The change has meant one of the greatest boosts in its history for Andalusia. Now our community competes with the best,” says the leader of the PP-A, which emphasizes that “we still have a lot to do” and encourages the Andalusians to “keep moving forward”.
For his part, the Minister of Sustainability, the Environment and the Blue Economy and spokesman for the Andalusian Government, Ramón Fernández-Pacheco, has also referred to the first anniversary of the victory of the PP by an absolute majority in regional elections to underline that it takes place at 34 days of the general elections on July 23 in which the PP hopes to “complete the change in the Government of Spain”.
“A year ago Juanma Moreno made history in Andalusia. Today we continue working for the Andalusians with the same enthusiasm and with the desire to complete the change in the Government of Spain. We have 34 days to reach the objective!”, points out Fernández- Pacheco.
