From time to time, social networks produce trends that go viral and gain many followers, no matter how absurd they may seem at first glance.

If we add to this the attempts of many catering establishments to innovate in their menus and in the presentation of their dishes, the result can be unpredictable…

In recent times, it is increasingly common to see videos of restaurants that serve their pasta dishes inside a glass, the kind they use to drink wine, but placed upside down. That is, they place the product on a plate and then cover it with the glass to transfer it to the table.

Recently, a recording in the prestigious restaurant Le Truffe located in the city of Fez in Morocco has gone viral, in which it is seen how a restaurant serves pasta in this way: in a glass lying down, with a portion of grated cheese placed on its base. In this way, the waiter brings the plate to the table, raises the glass, thus releasing the pasta, and finally throws the grated cheese over the macaroni.

Social network users have been quick to mock and criticize this new trend, calling it ridiculous. In addition, many point out that it is only a distraction maneuver to serve dishes with less food.
