The Mossos d’Esquadra arrested a 31-year-old man this Thursday night for the violent death of a homeless person, also a man, in Barcelona on Wednesday, in the Sant Martí district, specifically on the street lull.
The Mossos received the alert at dawn on June 28. Agents from the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) went to the scene and opened an investigation to clarify the facts. The next day, around 9:00 p.m., the perpetrator was arrested, and he was brought before the courts this Saturday.
The investigating court number 22 of Barcelona, ??acting as a guard, has agreed to send him to provisional prison, communicated and without bail. The case is open for a crime of homicide.
