In The Photos of the Readers of La Vanguardia we can admire the beauty of the natural mirror with the water totally still. A beautiful overcast sky reflected in the Sau reservoir, in the Osona region.
We can also appreciate the reflection of the cliffs and a specific ray of sun illuminating the old Romanesque church of Sant Romà de Sau.
Hopefully we can see this mirror effect in the swamp waters throughout this summer, although the level is still low, but it is much better than two months ago.
In the image we can see what the landscape of the Ter river valley looks like as it passes through Les Guilleries, in Vilanova de Sau, where the fight against drought continues, but now with more optimism.
The marsh, inaugurated in 1962, is part of a system of three marshes (along with those of Susqueda and Pasteral) that unites the counties of Osona, in the province of Barcelona, ??and La Selva, in the province of Girona.
